Australian Vocational and Technical Education (TAFE or College)
The mechanics are treated equally by the Australian government regardless of whether they are public or private. Courses (usually two years) have the following advantages:
1. Strong practicality and high student employment rate
2. Strong practicality, many courses are linked to the industry, provide internship programs, and some are paid (such as hotel management courses)
3. Shorter duration: one year for general certificate courses, two years for diplomas, and three years for advanced diplomas
4. Low tuition fees: The annual tuition fee is between 10,000 and 20,000 Australian dollars, which is cheaper than that of universities (universities generally 20,000 to 50,000)
5. Strong flexibility: suitable for all ages, different education and industry backgrounds.

7. High degree of recognition: all TAFE courses are recognized by the Australian government and are also recognized by most universities. Completion of the TAFE diploma course can be directly advanced to the second year of the university
8. Wide range of employment: Because the courses offered are diverse and omnipresent, students are easy to find employment in basic industries in various industries, such as chefs, hair stylists, hotel attendants, nursing, early childhood education, construction industry, tourism industry, etc.
