Partner migrationThe partner immigrant is an Australian citizen, a permanent resident or a eligible New Zealand citizen as a spouse, or as a potential spouse (fiancee or fiance).The applicant whose spouse immigrates to Australia must be in a marriage or cohabitation relationship with the sponsor. Donation parents immigration can be divided into two categories, one is "donation parents permanent residence 143 visa", the other is "donation parents temporary 173 visa". The "donation fund parents permanent residence 143 visa" requires a one-time payment of all donations, while the "donation fund parents temporary 173 visa" can be paid in two installments, which will be converted into a permanent residence visa after the balance is paid within two years. The amount of donations increases every year.Immigrant childrenAustralian citizens, children of permanent residents or eligible sponsors of New Zealand citizens and certain orphans of relatives may apply for a child migrant visa to enter and permanently reside in Australia.Children from overseas cannot automatically obtain the right of permanent residence in Australia, so they must submit a visa application, pass the trial and meet all the legal requirements before they can obtain a visa.Other family members emigratedOther family immigration visas include elderly dependants, final family members and caregivers.
