1. Independent skilled immigrants include 189 independent skilled immigrants and 491/490 state-sponsored skilled immigrants.
(1) 189 independent skilled migrants refer to:
189 Visas can be applied both within Australia and outside Australia. It is the combined visa type of the previous 175 visa and 885 visa. After successful application is a one-step permanent residence visa.
Applicants under 50 years of age, first need to pass the occupational assessment, IELTS reaches 4 6 (A and G are valid, valid for 3 years), submit EOI. After receiving the invitation, the applicant needs to submit the application materials within 60 days and pay an application fee of 3670 Australian dollars. Spouse and children can be included in the application. If the spouse or accompanying child over the age of 18 years old IELTS does not reach a total score of 4.5, an additional language learning fee of 4250 Australian dollars is required.
(2) 491/490 state-sponsored skilled immigration means :.
491 visa holders can live, work and study in remote areas of Australia. The visa duration is 5 years. After living and working in a remote area for three years, you can transfer to 191 permanent residence visa.
Requirements: 1. Obtain a guarantee from the state government or a relative living in a remote area; 2. English reaches 4 IELTS 6 or equivalent English level; 3. Effective professional assessment; 4. Not more than 45 years old when invited; Note: Once 491 The visa is approved and no more than 189 visas and 190 visas can be applied for within three years.
